Our Approach

Our approach to charitable giving is centered on building strong partnerships with grantees, where we trust and empower experts with lived experience to lead the way. We are committed to fostering long-term relationships, working together to evaluate and assess impact, and continuously learning and evolving to ensure our efforts create meaningful and lasting change.

While the Jessiman Foundation has supported a variety of causes, we are currently prioritizing those related to children and youth within Canada. We believe that focusing on one particular cause area allows a foundation to concentrate its resources, expertise, and efforts, leading to deeper impact and more sustainable results.

How to Apply

  • Please review the list of causes our foundation does not fund prior to submitting a request

  • Submit an application request using the contact form

  • Provide a brief description of who you are and your cause.

  • After reviewing your request, we will contact you and send a formal grantee application

  • Please note that applications are reviewed twice per year (spring and fall)
